A 14-year-old girl will serve as the Governor of Abia State for one day along with other teenagers who will serve as her vice and cabinet members after their impressive performance in an essay competition that lasted over a week.
Joy Ezechikamnayo will today take over the reins of power in Abia State for 24 hours. She is the first One Day Governor of Abia State and will be sworn in by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu today.
